Withings has unveiled a new smartphone connected thermometer at CES 2016 this year called the Withings Thermo which is equipped with 16 sensors and includes wireless connectivity to make recording data easy using the companion smartphone application.
The Withings Thermo will be available to purchase in the next couple of months priced at £80 or around $120 and uses Withings HotSpotSensor Technology to provide more precise temperature reading, by taking 4000 measurements

With 16 infrared sensors and our patented HotSpot Sensor, Thermo finds the hottest spot and provides a highly-accurate temperature reading in only 2 seconds. Thermo synchronizes automatically with the dedicated app via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
