In December 2015 the company has expanded its line of monitors AOC Style Line two monitors: I2481FXH and review monitor PC AOC I2781FH. The differences between them are minimal: three inches on the diagonal, and related design features and power. The rest of the typical models for the office and at home there is no difference.
The review monitor PC AOC I2781FH, which is devoted to the review, is built on the AH-IPS matrix with a diagonal of 27 inches. Wide viewing angles and color reproduction worthy enhance the usability of the monitor. A FlickerFree technology, which we have repeatedly written in other reviews, reduces eye strain.
UNPACKING
The monitor is in the case of foam inserted into the carton. Thus, it is well protected from external influences.
Package includes everything you need: HDMI cables, VGA, external power adapter and a CD with software and drivers.
DESIGN
Exterior display corresponds to the name line of Slim Line – thin body, the thin bezel around the screen, thin stand. When removing from the box review monitor PC AOC I2781FH even seems fragile, but it is not: the design was strong, the monitor is firmly on the desktop.
The case is made of black glossy plastic. On the front panel, there is practically no loss: the frame around the thin (a few millimeters) of the screen and a narrow band with “chrome” logo below the screen is not evident. To the left of the logo applied to the icon buttons, which are located nearby – on the bottom of the monitor. It ends with a series of miniature LED power indicator.
Location controls dictated by the design features of the monitor (in particular, the interface unit on a respective side), but is easy development. Teardrop button gropes blindly, and the elastic stroke and a clear tactile feedback facilitate and accelerate the installation process of necessary parameters of the device. The right side of the sticker is placed, focus on the virtues of the model.
Most of the back panel (approximately 80%) is a uniform glossy surface. The monitor looks presentable and elegant, and almost no dust collects.
The lower part of the back of the expected thickness of the top – it is the interface unit and the chipset. In the middle of it is divided rack mount. Moreover, the right half (when viewed from behind), and which are located in the sockets, left column. On the part of this difference, it looks interesting, especially in conjunction with a leg unusual shape.
Rack made of the durable aluminum alloy made an interesting asymmetry: it resembles not clip, not the question mark, and has a cross-sectional shape of a truncated pyramid. On the table, this design takes a lot of space, but, as experience shows, does not prevent the installation of the keyboard and other accessories next to it. You can also use the space inside the rack by placing it, for example, a portable stereo.
Stand is connected to the review monitor PC AOC I2781FH movable hinge. Movement hand display is fixed in position, without making scratches. On the flat surface of the problems with the stability does not arise, the rubber feet at the front do not give the monitor to slide on the surface.
SWITCHING
Review Hero is equipped with an interesting set of interfaces. So, there are two HDMI ports, D-SUB, mini-jack 3,5 mm headphone jack and a connector for an external power supply. Switching between video sources performed either automatically (by using one source), or manually. Sending audio to the headphone output is supported via the HDMI port, while the background noise and distortion in the sound are not available.
OBJECTIVE TESTS
When you turn on the review monitor PC AOC I2781FH appears the real width of the side frames (a little more than a centimeter) – this decision is not just met our other monitors, the convenience of use, it has no effect.
Crystal effect is weak, but the factory calibration is interesting: the rejection of most patterns do not exceed two units, but there are several notable releases for 3 units. Meticulously to color reproduction will not prevent users to carry out additional calibration, however, the monitor is designed for audience members to which such deviation will not be noticeable.
Rich black forms an excellent indicator of the static contrast. The image appears to be “soft”, even at maximum brightness, and Flicker Free technology eliminates flicker PWM so effectively that for the 8-hour little-tired workday eyes.

RESPONSE TIME
The review monitor PC AOC I2781FH is suitable for business and modern games. The most transition takes from 8 to 12 milliseconds – this is quite enough for all current games. Smooth image and provides four-acceleration mode (overdrive).
VIEWING ANGLES
Given the nature of the matrix viewing angles were good, but with a strong deviation from the normal may notice some distortion. In everyday use, it manifests color distortion.
THE UNIFORMITY OF ILLUMINATION
