The symmetrical design is the reason bursting batteries Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Problems with the  Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery explosion are the most discussed topic in the technology industry in recent weeks. Samsung ended production phablet and this move will ensure significant financial losses. However, for the Korean manufacturer, it is more important to ensure the safety of users and to keep its good image among them. The defective battery is not the only problem that required withdrawal from the market of the device forward PhoneArena.

WHAT THE REAL REASON FOR THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 7 BATTERY EXPLOSION?

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery explosion is the symmetrical desigt
Samsung uses the strongest 7000 Series aluminum in the manufacture of the frame and the edges. Thus Galaxy Note 7 is 1.3 times as durable and 1.2 times more resistant to abrasion compared to the Galaxy S7. The company’s desire to provide maximum space stylus S Pen is the reason to bet on a special manufacturing process named 3D Thermoforming. The end result is a fully symmetrical design that distinguishes it from other devices Galaxy brand in the market.
It is this vision, however, may be the cause of defective batteries Galaxy Note 7. During the first withdrawal from the market on the internet leaked documents Samsung, revealing that the batteries of phablet are slightly larger than expected for their place inside his. Insulating plates that separate the anode and cathode are located too close to the edges of the Galaxy Note 7. This is the reason to increase heat and cause the outbreak of themselves batteries.

Samsung Galaxy A9 to carry price tag of around $500

When the Galaxy A9 smartphone was made official by Samsung in China last week, its pricing and availability details weren't revealed. However, thanks to new info, we now have an idea about the price tag the device will carry in the Asian country.
A leaked screenshot , which was shared by a user on Weibo. It reveals that the handset will cost RMB 3,199 in China. For those doing the maths, that's $495 at the current exchange rates.
For that price, you get a smartphone powered by Snapdragon 652 (which used to be SD620) and sporting a 6-inch (1080 x 1920 pixel resolution) Super AMOLED display. RAM is 3GB, while internal memory stands at 32GB, although it's expandable.
A 21MP camera is at the back, while an 8MP snapper is on the front. There's also a large 4,000 mAh battery to keep the lights on. The Galaxy A9 runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box, with planned upgrade to v6.0 (Marshmallow).

Samsung launches Bio-Processor chip for fitness-tracking wearables

There’s no shortage of wearable fitness tracking devices which can monitor steps, distance traveled, elevation, heart rate, sleep quality, and other stats. But there’s always room for improvement, so Samsung has introduced what it’s calling the “first all-in-one health solution chip.”
The Samsung Bio-Processor is a single chip with an integrated microntroller, power management circuit, digital signal processor, eFlash memory, and five analog front ends for working with sensors to monitor your vital stats.
bio processor
The chip can work in hardware that measure heart rate, skin temperature, body fat, skeletal muscle mass, and other physical responses thanks to:
  • biolecetrical impedance analysis
  • photoplethysmogram
  • electrocardiogram
  • skin temperature
  • galvanic skin response
None of those features is exactly ground-breaking, but the Bio-Processor is one of the first single-chip solutions to integrate support all of them in one place. This could theoretically reduce the size and cost of wearable fitness trackers.
That said, I’ve been wearing a Withings Pulse activity tracker on my belt for the past two years. I originally opted for this model because it offered long battery life, step counting, elevation tracking, and a heart rate monitor. But honestly, the only stat I pay attention to these days is the step count. It provides me a good excuse to stay active every day of the week and allows me to set and meet goals. All the other stats are kind of meaningless (and the heart rate sensor is finnicky and not particularly accurate).
Maybe you need skin temperature or heart rate stats to help keep you motivated. But I know I probably could have saved some money by purchasing a model with fewer features… and if my Withings Pulse ever dies, that’s probably what I’ll do.
Still, I suppose it’s nice to have extra options.
Samsung says its new Bio-Processor will be used for new fitness and health devices expected to ship in the first half of 2016.

Samsung Gear S2 to Launch in Platinum and Rose Gold Color Options Soon

Samsung Gear S2
Samsung Gear S2 is probably one of the best smartwatches available in the market. The wearable ships with Tizen as its operating system instead of Android Wear which is running on most wearable devices these days.
According to a new rumor, Samsung Gear S2 is expected to hit the market in two new color options: platinum and rose gold.
These color options weren’t initially announced with the smartwatch, but it won’t be a surprise as previous Samsung smartwatches were introduced in these two color options. However, it’s not sure when the smartwatches in colors will hit the market, and which markets will get them. So, we’ll have to wait for Samsung to shed some light on it.
As a quick recap, the Samsung Gear S2 comes with a rotating bezel and a 1.2-inch display boasting a resolution of 360 by 360 pixels, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, 250 mAh battery, IP68 certification which makes the wearable dust and water-resistant and ships with Tizen as its operating system.
We’ll update you as soon as Samsung introduces the smartwatch in the new color options.
