At the ongoing exhibition SHOT Show 2015 Norwegian knife company Helle of Norway (Helle) presented its latest innovations, in addition to the previously presented model Algonquin, the company showed a brand new knife with a fixed blade called Utvær, which was developed with the participation of well-known master of the Danish Jesper Voksne (Jesper Voxnæs). New blade was designed as a tool for balanced Outdoor different tasks.
Polnohvostovoy straight blade knife Helle Utvær made of corrosion-resistant steel of the Swedish Sandvik 12C27, hardness steel declared within 56-58 HRC. The handle of the knife forming a thin polymer substrate and two patches of natural birch. The full length of the knife about 210 mm, the blade’s length does not exceed 100 mm and the maximum thickness at the butt of at least 3 mm. The total weight of the knife sheath without taking into account the weight of 160 grams.
