Analysts at IDC expect significant growth in the supply of 3D-printers in the coming years. These devices will soon become common household goods.


According to the forecast of IDC, by 2017 delivery of 3D-printers will increase 10 times, and in the short term supply growth will reach more than 2 times the value. Notes that in 2014 this market will come from HP. Konica Minolta also intends to begin distribution of high-end devices. Midrange solutions will offer Makerbot, Afinia and Lulzbot.
