Three of the largest investors in Microsoft Bill Gates sought care from the post of chairman of the board of directors of the corporation. They fear that Gates may limit the power of a new executive director and interfere in the company’s planned changes.
Although most of the recent claims related to improving the performance of Microsoft and the value of shares brought against CEO Steve Ballmer, according to Reuters, the first major shareholders of the company have set their sights on Bill Gates. They intend to seek his resignation from the post of chairman of the board of directors of the corporation.
