Taiwan’s MSI, adoring produce gaming laptops, announced a pair of new models – GT70 20K and GT60 20J. The first model has a 17.3-inch screen, the second – with a display diagonal of 15.6 inches. In both cases the resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD).
The differences in the gland of new products also have: GT70 20K is on board 16 GB of RAM and hard drive capacity of 1 TB, whereas the GT60 20J – 8 GB of RAM and hard drive to 750 GB.
The basis of both the computers processor supports Intel Core i7-4700MQ, and work with graphics in them rests with the discrete graphics cards nVidia Quadro. There is also support for a number of proprietary technologies from nVidia: 3D Vision Pro, Mosaic, Optimus T and nView Display Management.
Laptops are equipped with three-port USB 3.0, two – USB 2.0, connector HDMI 1.4, webcam, able to capture video in HD720p, and 9-cell battery. Also mentioned are SteelSeries backlit keyboard, touchpad with support for “multi-touch” and Dynaudio sound system with subwoofer.
The package includes two models running Windows 7 Professional.
Prices are high: GT70 20K is estimated at 2,600 dollars, GT60 20J – in 2010.
