By the IFA 2013, Acer has produced a smartphone Liquid S2, equipped with a 6-inch IPS display with a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels (pixel density of 368 ppi).
This new product used 4-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 800 running at 2.2 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal flash memory and a slot for memory cards up to 128 GB. The device supports communication standards 4G: 800/1800/2600; 3G: 900/2100; 2G: 850/900/1800/1900. It comes with a wireless module Wi-Fi 802.11ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, navigation module GPS + GLONASS. Also available are a light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, digital compass and accelerometer.
Placed on the back of the 13-megapixel camera with BSI sensor is capable of recording video in 4K. The camera supports a number of original features: Full Panorama Pictures (combining several shots in the 27-megapixel image panaromnoe), Quick First Shot (instantaneous shooting straight from the lock screen), Smart Best Shot (create several options to choose the best image results), etc. The front chamber contains a 2-megapixel BSI sensor and supports the ability to record video at 1080p.
The new smartphone Acer Liquid S2 is equipped with a non-removable lithium-polymer battery capacity of 3300 mAh. The device has dimensions of 166x86x8, 99 mm. New running OS Android 4.2.2, contains a predefined interface Acer Float, a number of proprietary applications, and application Skitch, YouTube, Moodagent, Polaris Office, Swype, Google Keep, Evernote. This model will go on sale in October, its price will be announced later.
