The South Korean company Samsung has officially announced its new clamshell smartphone Hennessy, equipped with two 3.3-inch touch screen with a low resolution 480×320 pixels. The front panel display is also located under the three touch keys. The device is equipped with a 4-core processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz and 1 GB of RAM.
There is also a slot for memory cards microSD, 5 megapixel camera, ports, USB 2.0, Bluetooth module and a receiver GPS. The battery capacity is 1500 mAh, as the operating system uses Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
It is unknown when Samsung Hennessy (marking SCH-W789) will go on sale, the price is also not announced by the manufacturer. Previously it was assumed that the smartphone refers to the low-end segment. As reported by Pocket-lint, the novelty is focused primarily on the Chinese market.
It is worth noting that in 2012, China has announced a version of this device is expensive – model Samsung SCH-W2013. It has a larger screen (3.7 inches with a resolution of 800×480 pixels), more RAM and a better camera.
