Unofficial sources once again “confirmed” that, as suggested earlier, the smartphone Google Nexus 5 will be based on the LG G2, but will get a somewhat changed the filling. This device can be presented in October, but, oddly enough, its specifications are expected to be weaker than the leader of the South Korean company. Namely, it is a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor Snapdragon 800 instead of 600, 2 GB of RAM and a 10 megapixel camera sensor with 13 megapixels G2.
In addition to this, the device will be reduced by half the amount of internal memory: Nexus 5 will be sold in two versions, with 8 or 16 GB of flash memory, priced at 299 and 349 dollars respectively. And this fact, unfortunately, disappointing – it seems that the issue at the end of 2013 with 8 GB flagship without the possibility of its expansion with microSD cards simply not permissible, and no cloud user can not save. But, as stated in the original news, Google Nexus 5 could be the first device that will be “out of the box” to work on Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.
But, after all, what with the Nexus-smartphone from Motorola? Who knows. Maybe it will be released just two Nexus. Maybe it will only Nexus from Motorola, and the rumors of the LG Nexus will remain just rumors. Or vice versa. In general, as you know, is still not clear what kind of Nexus we’ll see this fall, but the latest rumors about this device look funny – it will be interesting to find out which ones are true.
