Barely a couple of weeks after Sony has officially unveiled its new flagship called the Sony Xperia Z1, and there were first rumors about the next smartphone from the same line , which is to be expected , will be called the Sony Xperia Z2. Referring to insider sources , information about the gadget published resource TechKiddy, which claims that the device has the model number and the Sony C770X codenamed Avatar.
One of the main features of the new device can be a display diagonal of 5.5 inches and a very high resolution with a pixel density of about 540 ppi. The current record , remember , is still owned by HTC One with the pixel density of 469 ppi. This screen is made using the technology IGZO and Triluminos, which in theory should reduce power panel.
On top of that , Xperia Z2 should get a quad- core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 800 (version MSM8974), 20,7- megapixel camera (the same as in the Xperia Z1), and 3 GB of RAM, a battery capacity of 3,500 mAh and the operating system Android 4.4 KitKat.
Announcement of the device can occur in early January next year at the IFA 2014 in Las Vegas.
